ADMISSION FEE

A non-refundable fee of 15,000 THB is required upon acceptance of the learner. This fee must be paid after the assessment to secure enrollment and reserve a seat at WeLearn.

MID-YEAR ENTRY

• For learners joining WeLearn after the academic year has begun, fees will be prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the term.
• Additionally, parents are required to pay one full term’s fees in advance as part of the enrollment process.

At WeLearn, tuition fees are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.

NOTICE PERIOD & REFUND OF DEPOSIT

• A full term’s written notice is required for any learner withdrawing from WeLearn.
• The official Notice of Withdrawal Form must be completed, signed, and submitted to the Admissions Office. This form can be requested from the Admissions team.
• Verbal notice or email communication alone will not be accepted as an official withdrawal request.
• The notice must be submitted no later than the first week of the learner’s final term at WeLearn.
• If notice is given less than one full term in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Learners graduating at the end of their final academic year do not need to provide a withdrawal notice.

WeLearn is committed to providing high-quality, innovative, and personalized education to our learners. To maintain and enhance our learning programs, tuition fees are subject to annual review and adjustment.

• Tuition fees may increase on a yearly basis to align with operational costs, curriculum improvements, and facility enhancements.
• Any adjustments to tuition fees will be communicated in advance to parents.
• The updated fee structure will apply to all learners for the following academic year.
