How does WeLearn’s modular tuition structure work for AY 2026–2027?
Total tuition is calculated as: Total Tuition = Base Tuition + Online Learning School (OLS) Curriculum Fee. For the Full Program, Base Tuition is THB 300,000 for Lower Secondary and THB 330,000 for Upper Secondary, which covers hands-on Project-Based Learning, daily coaching, weekly 1-on-1 mentorship, supervision, and full Sathon campus access. The OLS fee depends on the accredited platform chosen (CambriLearn, EdOptions, or GED).
What is the one-time admission fee?
The one-time admission fee is THB 60,000. It applies to new students only and is charged separately from the annual tuition fees. This covers cognitive baseline assessments, personalized mentor matching, digital portfolio setup, and learner onboarding.
What are the total tuition figures for the Full Program on campus?
For Upper Secondary (US), total annual tuition is THB 418,000 for the US Diploma (EdOptions), THB 424,000 for CambriLearn IGCSE, THB 429,950 for CambriLearn A Level / AS Level, and THB 364,000 for GED. For Lower Secondary (LS), total annual tuition is THB 373,000 for CambriLearn Foundation I/II, THB 388,000 for EdOptions, and THB 334,000 for GED.
What does the Online Academic track offer?
The Online Academic track is designed for learners studying remotely. Base Tuition is THB 170,000 for both Lower and Upper Secondary (including mentoring, supervision, and full digital access) plus the OLS platform fee. Total annual fees range from THB 204,000 (GED) to THB 269,950 (CambriLearn A Level).
What is the Portfolio Admission Fee Waiver?
Learners may submit a design thinking portfolio for consideration for a full waiver of the one-time THB 60,000 admission fee. This is an admission fee waiver, not a tuition scholarship. Submission does not guarantee an award. The portfolio shows how a learner uses design thinking to explore a personal passion, build prototypes, test solutions, and document their learning journey.
Are external examination board fees included?
No. External examination board fees (such as Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge official exam center sittings) are set by the exam boards and billed separately based on the specific exam entries selected.
Does VAT apply to school fees?
As noted in the official policy: Any additional fees billed separately after the tuition invoice has been issued will be subject to 7% VAT, where applicable.
