Prospective Student Visit · Ages 11–18 · Sathon, Bangkok
Experience Learning the WeLearn Way
The best way to know if WeLearn fits your child is to let them experience our calm, mentor-guided studio firsthand. Designed around your child’s curiosity — never a high-pressure entrance exam.
Step 1 is a free 30-minute Discovery Call so we can personalize your child’s visit

Who the Experience Is For
Built for Curious, Gifted & Twice-Exceptional Teens (Ages 11–18)
Traditional school tours often show buildings rather than how your child will actually feel and learn day-to-day. Our Learner Experience is crafted for families seeking an individualized, strengths-based academic home.
Gifted & Fast-Moving Minds
Learners who feel under-challenged by rigid classroom pacing and want to dive deeper into STEAM, creative projects, and self-paced IGCSE or US Diploma academics.
Twice-Exceptional (2e) Learners
High-potential teens navigating ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum differences, or school anxiety who thrive in micro-cohorts (up to 8 learners) with daily 1-on-1 mentorship.
Families Transitioning Pathways
Students moving from mainstream international schools or homeschooling who want accredited qualifications paired with authentic portfolio building.
What Happens During the Visit
Four Supportive Steps — Tailored to Your Child
Before your visit, we use insights from your 30-minute Discovery Call to prepare an experience that matches your child’s interests and comfort level.
Strengths & Interests Conversation
We begin with a relaxed, welcoming conversation with a WeLearn learning coach. Instead of testing for deficits, we listen to what excites your child, how they prefer to learn, and what environment helps them feel comfortable and engaged.
Personalized PBL or STEAM Activity
Your child steps into our Innovation Lab or studio workspace for a hands-on Project-Based Learning (PBL) or STEAM exploration tailored to their curiosity — such as design thinking, creative technology, coding, or scientific inquiry.
Academic Pathway Discussion
Together, we explore how your child’s academic goals align with our accredited qualification tracks — British IGCSEs (via CambriLearn) or the US High School Diploma (via Acellus) — alongside Mastery Transcript portfolio development.
Parent Feedback & Next Steps
Following the visit, our team shares thoughtful observations on your child’s engagement, pacing preferences, and recommended support structures, giving your family clarity on the next step in the admissions journey.
A Supportive Educational Visit — Not an Examination or Clinical Assessment
The WeLearn Learner Experience is an educational exploration of learning fit, interests, and mentorship style. It is not a clinical diagnosis, therapeutic assessment, or formal psychological evaluation.
Operational Note: Visit duration, specific mentor pairings, activity format, and any applicable scheduling details are personalized per learner and confirmed directly with parents during the initial Discovery Call.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from parents preparing for a Learner Experience visit.
Is the WeLearn Learner Experience an entrance exam or clinical assessment?
No. WeLearn does not use high-stakes entrance exams. The Learner Experience is an educational, strengths-focused campus visit designed to help your child experience our mentorship and project-based environment firsthand. It is not a clinical diagnosis, therapeutic assessment, or formal psychological evaluation.
Who is the Learner Experience designed for?
The visit is designed for prospective learners aged 11–18 — including gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), neurodivergent, and self-directed students — whose families are exploring whether WeLearn’s personalized dual programme is the right fit.
How do we schedule a Learner Experience visit?
Every Learner Experience begins with a free 30-minute Discovery Call with parents. That initial conversation allows our coaches to tailor the campus activity around your child’s specific interests, sensory preferences, and academic stage.
What operational details (duration, scheduling, or fees) should parents expect?
Because each Learner Experience is personalized around the student’s profile and our live studio schedule in Sathon, exact visit duration, available time slots, participating mentors, and any applicable visit details are confirmed directly with your family during the Discovery Call.
Should we share existing educational or specialist reports beforehand?
If your family has previous school reports or educational assessments you wish to share, you are welcome to mention them during the Discovery Call so our coaches can prepare a supportive, comfortable experience. Nothing is required just to book the initial call.
