Coach Ten | PE Specialist

Coach Ten leads our physical education program, ensuring our learners stay active and healthy. Three days a week, students engage in everything from competitive sports—like basketball, football, and ping-pong—to collaborative group games focused on pure fun.

Our Weekly Rhythm

Our learners engage in structured PE activities three days a week. We believe this consistency is the key to building strong habits. Our sessions focus on three main pillars:

Team Sports (Football & Basketball)

These games teach our learners the value of communication, strategic thinking, and working together toward a common goal.

Skill & Precision (Ping-Pong)

We include sports like table tennis to help students develop sharp hand-eye coordination and fast reflexes.

Social Connection (Group Activities)

On some days, we set the scoreboard aside for pure fun. These group activities are designed to reduce stress, encourage laughter, and build a strong sense of community among peers.

Why This Matters

Regular physical activity has been proven to:

  • Boost Academic Focus: Students return to class more alert and ready to learn.
  • Develop Social Skills: Sports provide a natural environment to practice leadership and sportsmanship.
  • Improve Well-being: By making fitness "fun," we help our learners develop a positive relationship with health that will last a lifetime.
