How WeLearn Primary Works

We replace rigid worksheets and overcrowded classrooms with individualized bilingual mastery, creative afternoon studios, and warm mentorship.

French / English Bilingual Balance

Structured dual-language immersion combining French and English literacy, numeracy, and inquiry so young learners build confidence and fluency naturally across both languages.

  • Daily bilingual communication in French and English
  • Individualized support for native, heritage, and new language learners
  • Strong English academic readiness for secondary IGCSE & US Diploma tracks

Micro-Cohort Class Sizes

Intentionally small primary groups (capped at 8–10 learners per micro-cohort) ensure every child aged 6–10 receives warm, individualized mentorship in a calm, low-sensory environment.

  • No child gets lost or held back by a rigid 25-student classroom average
  • Personalized mastery pacing in reading, writing, and mathematics
  • Psychologically safe social learning and peer collaboration

Hands-On Project-Based Learning & STEAM

Every afternoon brings age-appropriate discovery in science, storytelling, creative arts, coding foundations, and hands-on making—nurturing deep curiosity without exam anxiety.

WeLearn Primary — Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for parents exploring our Ages 6–10 French/English Primary track and Ages 6–18 continuum.

Does my child need to speak both French and English before joining WeLearn Primary?
No prior fluency in both languages is required. Because our primary cohorts are small and individualized, our bilingual educators meet each child at their current language level—whether they are native French speakers, English speakers, or multilingual learners building proficiency in both.
How does WeLearn Primary support gifted, curious, or neurodivergent young learners (ages 6–10)?
Just like our Secondary program, WeLearn Primary uses mastery-based pacing rather than lockstep age-grade drilling. A 7-year-old who reads or calculates years ahead of grade level can accelerate comfortably, while receiving patient, strengths-based support in areas that are still developing.
How does the transition from WeLearn Primary (ages 6–10) to Secondary/High School (ages 11–18) work?
At age 11, WeLearn Primary learners transition seamlessly into our Middle & High School program on our Sathon campus. By the time they reach age 11, they already know our mentors, our Project-Based Learning studio culture, and how to manage self-directed learning goals—making the move into IGCSE or US Diploma coursework natural and stress-free.
How do we begin the admissions process for a child under 11?
Start by completing the Primary Discovery Call form on this page. You will speak 1-on-1 with our admissions team for a free 30-minute consultation, followed by an invitation to bring your child for a supportive Learner Experience visit at our Sathon campus.
